class outing to sentosa.

A trip to Sentosa .It was supposed to be a class outing for FS0901 students. However, it ended up with the half of the class going to Sentosa. I specially want to thank the people who went to Sentosa from the bottom of my heart that they really made this outing a very wonderful one. Especially Irine, she spent $100 to book a ticket to come to Singapore from Indonesia. Her purpose was to meet us and enjoy this outing with us for this few hours. Classmates who were Singaporeans, don’t you think all the more you should come and join the fun? Irine intentionally spent her money and time to come back from batam to join us. I really appreciated her very much.First, we met at Vivo City at 12.00pm then we took a monorail to Sentosa beaches. Next, we took a tram to Siloso beach. We prefer Siloso beach to other beaches because it had facilities such as the basketball court, volleyball court, wider open space and more for us to have our activities. Although it was only half the class, we still played very uncontrollably in high spirits. We played different types of games such as basketball, volleyball, captain ball, Frisbees and dog and bone. Among all the games, most of us loved captain ball and dog and bone. There were the most interesting among all and most of us were familiar with them. After these exciting activities, we also had our picnics to replenish our energy. We drank water and ate some tidbits. Everyone bought different snacks so we had a wide range of variety of snacks and chips. People tended to be lazier after eating so we did not carry on our ball activities. Instead we played cards game followed by captain ball. When we felt that we were sick of the games, we decided to have some water activities. Some of us played ball games in the sea while others played water bomb. When everyone was drenched, we cleaned and packed up our stuffs then headed to toilets to have our shower. Once everyone was ready, we started to take out our handphone to snap photos of each other and have a group photo. It was evening time; everyone was exhausted after a day and was hunger for food. We went to Habourfront coffee shop to have our dinner. After eating, we took train back together. Although it was long and tiring day in Sentosa, everyone enjoyed ourselves. We are looking forward to another class outing. This time hopefully whole class can come together and have fun.

exams are over

We just ended our examination on the 3^rd September 2009.

The exams , as usual, were stressful and an heartache to all of us. And why was that so? It’s just the pressure and some of the questions which were unbelievably difficult as well as unexpected. However, we all tried our best, putting in alot of efforts and hoping for the best results. The lecturers did a great job by imparting knowledge and preparing all of us for the semestral exams. We really want to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the lectures and tutors consisting Dr Badri, Mr Ong , Ms Lye, Dr Subra and the rest of them, who thought us well. We all appreciate their effort, Thank you! When the last paper ended, the students grinned from ear to ear. The hardwork that was put in was sure worthy and there was the feeling of satisfaction. Our classmate, Jun, went back to KOREA!! That place is definitely a place that is a MUST to go as it is just wonderful as hearing stories from her about the amazing places like JEJU island. It makes me want to travel there for the second time. I bet the class would have an enjoyable holiday by playing basketball soccer, watching movies , meeting up with one another and many more. Holidays are times where all activities are possible as time is not an issue anymore. WE ARE FREE!! I heard classmates talking about working and earning some bucks for new clothes and many more. All fun -filled activities will be finally experienced by the end of the holidays, i hope. The class outing is up next. We planned at the end of September and the date for the outing was 6^th October.
