class chalet

YIPPEEEEE!!!!!! FINALLY IT’S THE DAY OF OUR 0901- 3D2N CLASS CHALET!

THE DAY THAT ALL OF US HAD BEEN WAITING FOR HAD ARRIVED!

we started out the day by gathering at the IMM Giant @ Jurong East, buying all the essential items such as food and drinks. Later did we realise that we had actually bought so much of stuff till the bill showed $150. Nevertheless, we don’t have to worry also.

WHY??? Cos we have the guys to carry all those heavy stuffs!!! ;)

Soooo....Seri, Qasrina and I just have to relax in one corner while Alvin, Haris, Ashley and Yeh Xiang, have to carry them! Naaaa...it’s ok!! You Guys are MACHO right!!!! :P

Anyway, we would like to thank you all for helping out on that morning. Seri's father brought us to ALOHA LOYANG RESORT! We sincerely thank him for taking the trouble to drive us there despite his busy schedule. Thanks alot uncle!

We reached our terrace. It’s quite big and spacious for a total sum of $181.90. This is considered a cheap amount already. Plus, the utensils and other toiletries provided were in good condition. Apart from that, the facilities there were easily assessable as the swimming pool was just right in front of our terrace and you can find a mini shop and an arcade if you walk further in abit.

Well, for the first day, since not many people came, we just decided to swim and play water-polo. There is no doubt that u will find peace and tranquillity once you’ve submerged yourself in the hot pool. What a great feeling! After all those fun moments in the pool, we had steamboat for dinner. All of us had a fun time mixing the ingredients like crabsticks, fish balls, squid balls, white mushrooms, cabbages, fishcakes, and prawns. A splendid time eating steamboat with our fellow classmates!

the second day, Some of us went shopping for lunch while the rest stayed at our terrace playing badminton, watching TV, swimming, and Uno and there’s more thing that made this day “extra special”!!

It’s results day!!!!!! Goshh....why did they put it on the day of our chalet??? Haiz...so we checked our results! All too excited already...haha! Well, for some, it was great news, but the others, it was bad news! No matter what kinda marks you guys get, just remember to work hard next time to achieve your desired grades yea! For those who did well enough, Congrats! Do well for next year too! Wish you guys all the best:)

At night, we're having BBQ!! Yeah!!!

Around 6 pm, we helped one another to marinate chickens, put them into satay sticks etc...

There were various food to eat for the BBQ: Chickens, prawns, marshmallows, sweet potatoes and some leftover food from the previous night for steamboat. Some of our classmates joined us that night as well. Our mentor, Mr Tay, came with his wife and kid too!!! Vicky, the crazy OGL, dropped by to see us. Thanks alot everyone!

After a few hours, some of us grew hungry and prepared laksa! (Laksa of our own version....Hahahahha) Anyway, it turned out well. What are we? Food science students! Dun play play hor... : P

Around 2am, all of us did not sleep. Instead, we played hunter and polar bear. This game is very interesting. There’ll be a narrator, who assigns 2 hunters and polar bears while we close our eyes. *1 tap: Polar bear; 2 taps: Hunter*

Those not chosen are considered villagers. Both the hunters know who the polar bears are but the latter are not aware of the former. So, those 2 polars are supposed to go around killing villagers and the duty of both hunters is to convince them that the 2 people are the killers. Its up to the villagers to believe them. They may choose to ignore the hunters and play along with their instinct. After 2 hours of that game, we played truth or dare. Haha! Funny to see people doing all sorts of forfeits.

last day of the chalet, we have to get ready by 9.15am. A person will come in and check whether all those equipments are still in good condition and in the same position.

Once all procedures are done, we waited for the shuttle bus to drop us at the Pasir Ris Mrt station. Till then...... HomE sweet hOmE!!! :)

We thank everyone who came for the chalet and made it a successful one!

3D2N chalet

hi peeps,

we will be having a class chalet at ALOHA LOYANG RESORT on 22 MARCH to 24 MARCH.

most probably, we will be having bbq on the second day of the chalet.

there will be lots of games not just only, captain's ball, dog & bone...

School-Holiday

I know that everybody in FS0901 was very stress about the examination.
Just relax and do your best.
We still have one more paper to go. It was physic for food science.
The last paper ended at 4 of March.
After that, we can have fun with one another.Haha!
I think everybody started to have the ''holiday mood".
Lets put all the fun during the March chalet.
