Since Mr Steward has cancelled tmr food ingredient lecture and Mr Tay has cancelled tmr unit operation tutorial, we will not need to come to school.

Food Chemistry Practical 3 and 4a reports which are supposed to hand it to me tmr will also change. Please bring your practical 3 and 4a to school on Coming Monday Food Chemistry Lecture which is 31 may 2010. I will collect from all of you and hand in to her. Hand in practical 3 and 4a on 31 may 2010.

Regarding practical 3, I have feedback to miss marlene that the class cannot find the concentration of sodium bicarbonate in baking soda.She replied to me that if you cannot find concentration of sodium bicarbonate in baking soda then just put the calculated value in your conclusion. For practical 3 conclusion, just put the calculated value.

Monday - 31 may 2010- Food Chemistry Lecture will be a revision lecture for us from week 1 to week 6 lecture notes. Please be punctual so you we won't lose anything for Common Test

Tuesday - 1 june 2010- Since Food Micro lecture has becoming E-learning for us so we will have a revision of practical from week 1 to week 4 at N504 11pm to 1pm.

Reminder Common test on week 8 Food Chemistry lecture - Tested on week 1 to 6 lecture notes and week 1 to 4 practicals .
